New Beginnings
Some of our rescues and their
guardian angels

The "happy together" photos you see on this page..... they're the reason we at Pekes and Pals do what we do! Nothing in this world compares to the feeling we get when we find a forever home for one of our homeless rescues. We are very selective in choosing who we allow to adopt our rescues. After studying a dog's temperment for a time we can determine what kind of home environment the dog needs to be a happy member of a family. Because many of these dogs have been through unspeakable hardships on their road to us our goal is to insure that each dog in our care is matched with a family suited to his needs so that he doesn't wind up in rescue again. The people you see in these photos, they're the best of the best. They opted to adopt a pet that somebody didn't want, and by doing so they saved a life. And many of them came from out of state for the privilege! Do we love our guardian angels? You bet we do! Take a bow, folks - we couldn't do it without you!
